Supporting this fledgling business in 2020, we helped provide access to a shopfront. The business has gone on to negotiate their own retail lease and continues to flourish

Ivy & Coco
Bridget Veld, founder of Ivy & Coco, successfully graduated from a Ballarat Evolve license to a full commercial lease. Her retail shopfront is now a signature location for her handcrafted pots and homewares.

Jenna Oldaker, Wadawurrung artist
Taking over the signature site of Norwich Plaza, Jenna’s artwork graced the city streets - activating an underutilised area in 2022.

Unicorn Hotel installation 2022
Commissioning the artist Marce King and lighting design company Illumidy, we activated the long empty Unicorn Building and giving it a new lease on life. The space has since been suvvessfully commercially leased.

10 Bridge Mall, Linda Franklin
A wholly operational artist studio and workshop space in the centre of Ballarat. Linda teaches, practices and shares her space with many. Opened 2022.

Deb’s practice highlights upcycling and reuse, applying old traditional skills to new items. Deb operated a retail space dedicated to fibre and environmentalism.
