JOIN THE BOARD OF BALLARAT EVOLVE

Ballarat Evolve are seeking volunteer board directors to join us in our mission to connect creative people with landlords and their empty spaces.

What’s involved?

We have monthly board meetings where we discuss members of the creative community who have expressed interest in taking up a license with a landlord in Ballarat. That landlord might have been managing an empty space, be in between projects, dealing with other issues that have prevented them from securing a commercial lease.

We match those parties together with a series of interviews, discussions and site visits to create economically sustainable and viable outcomes for all parties. Generally speaking we’re looking for a few hours a week of your time to work on our variety of tasks. If you are available to support us by working in The Unicorn Collection on Saturdays, that’s a major plus.

What are we looking for?

Do-ers. Administrator types who can get things done. People with experience in arts administration, real estate, the creative world or simply people who want to contribute to the enrichment of the Ballarat community, the creative people, the small business operators and the general enjoyment of our local landscape.

Still keen?

Please email admin@ballaratevolve.org.au and introduce yourself with a short CV and we’ll be in touch with you as soon as we can.
